I have attached the meet sheet and psych sheet for the ALTO meet this weekend (11/11-11/12)

Here is the info

We are required to provide a timer in lane 2 both days all sessions. Please make yourself available to time.

Also we need a family to bring the team canopy. 

LOCATION: Gunn High School, 780 Arastradero Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94306

TIME: Saturday and Sunday are split into Sessions “A” and “B” 

Session A: 11 & Older Athletes (Saturday & Sunday): 7:00 - 8:20 am warm up.

Session A should only include 11 - 12 athletes who have achieved a BB time standard or above. 

Session B: 12 & Under Athletes (Saturday & Sunday): Warm up will begin at 12 PM. Session B has no maximum time standard for swimmers ages 12 and younger.

Please check the psych sheet to see what session you have signed up for. 

Swimmers in the 1000/1650 must provide their own timer and lap counter-er, also bring a lap counter from Alpine. (they are in the kickboard shed) 

Swimmers in the 500 are only required to bring a lap counter and lap counter-er

Looking over the rules for this meet I read the following:

Athletes ages 11-12 may compete in either Session A (AM) or Session B (PM), but not both.
