Meet shout outs!

Max T: Max made the cut to swim at Age Group Champs!!! He has been working hard and that work paid off! Max will be representing PASA in the 50 breast!!

Miles K: Although by himself on Saturday Miles still had an amazing meet getting a bunch of new best times and keeping an amazing attitude.

Sophie L: Sophie dropped time in her 200 free!!!! This was a huge goal for myself and Sophie. Sophie has shown an amazing amount of determination this season to rehab through injury and still achieve best times. Her smile as she saw her time on the clock said it all! Be proud of yourself and your moxie!

Noah dH: Noah is one of our younger swimmers and new to competitive swimming. He is a lightening bolt in the water and an amazing student of the sport. And he and miles made the best fort/cave I have ever seen at a meet.

Coach Laura: I am constantly impressed with Laura. She has been an amazing addition to our family. The kids in her groups have been swimming light out since she arrived and she brings new amazing ideas to help grow our team. Thank you Laura!

Morning practice participants: Last season Patrick and I might have seen 8 swimmers total in the mornings this year we are averaging 20+ daily with swimmers choosing to come earlier than expected to get some stroke work and extra practice time. Warms my heart to see such dedication from our athletes.
