My swimmer(s) will not attend practice if they are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with Covid. My swimmer will not return to the practice until they have tested negative or are at least 5 days from their positive test and aren't showing any symptoms.
Waiver
I agree to pay the fees and dues set forth in the swim team packet, and agree to volunteer the appropriate time as required for attending meets. I hereby give permission to a representative of Alpine Hills Tennisand Swimming Club to obtain medical attention for theabovenamed participant(s) in swim team activities and waive any and all rights to claims for loss ordamages caused by the negligence, active or passive, of theAlpine Hills Tennis and Swimming Club, their Directors, Officers, Employees, Coaches, Lifeguards and Trainers, and any individuals supervising such activities or officiating atcompetitions.
Alpine Hills Non-Member Policy
Non-Alpine Hills Members are guests of Alpine Hills during PASA swim practices. As guests, swimmers may only use the Alpine facilities during PASA practice hours. The Club’s facilities are not available to anyone else except the swimmer, unless you are signed in as a guest and are with a member. If your swimmer changes before or after practice, please make sure to use the girl’s or boy’s locker rooms. Finally, the Hot Tub is off-limits to all PASA swimmers (member or non-member) during PASA practice hours, unless specified otherwise by the club staff.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
USA Swimming member clubs and LSCs are required to implement this Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy in full. The Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy must be reviewed and agreed to in writing by all athletes, parents, coaches and other non-athlete members of member clubs on an annual basis with such written agreement to be retained by the club.

TRAVEL
Applicable Adults must not ride in a vehicle alone with an unrelated minor athlete, absent emergency circumstances, and must always have at least two minor athletes or another adult in the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the minor athlete’s legal guardian.
[Recommended]Legal guardians must pick up their minor athlete first and drop off their minor athlete last in any shared or carpool travel arrangement.
When only one Applicable Adult and one minor athlete travel to a competition, the minorathlete’s legal guardian must provide written permission in advance and for each competitionfor the minor athlete to travel alone with said Applicable Adult.
Team Managers and Chaperones who travel with the club or LSC must be USA Swimming members in good standing.
Minor athletes should be paired to share hotel rooms or other sleeping arrangements with other minor athletes of the same gender and of similar age. When a minor athlete and an adult athlete share a hotel room or other sleeping arrangement, the minor athlete’s legalguardian must provide written permission in advance and for each instance for the minor to share a hotel room or other sleeping arrangement with said adult athlete.
c. Meetings during team travel must be conducted consistent with the One-on-One Interactions section of this Policy (i.e., any such meeting must be observable and interruptible). Meetings must not be conducted in an individual’s hotel room or other overnight sleeping location.

Swimmer Responsibilities
- Support the team and oneself
- Follow the standards of behavior set by the staff and the rules of the facility
- Behave in the pool, on deck and in the locker room without damage or disruption, or interfering with the rights of other swimmers and members of the community
- Attend practice and competitions on time
- Respect teammates, families, facilities, staff and members of the community
Family Responsibilities
- Support the swimmer and the staff
- Be familiar with discipline guidelines
- Share responsibility for their child’s actions
- Abide by Alpine Hills policies
- Share responsibilities with the staff by working together for the entire development of the swimmer as an athlete and as a person
Coach Responsibilities
- Support the swimmer and the family
- Provide a positively healthy training and competitive environment with swimmer behavior guided by clearly defined rules, regulations and expectations, consistency of implementation and effective and timely communication.
